Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
ECSA Registration (Pr.Eng or Pr.TechEng) – Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience required.
Construction Contract Expertise – In-depth knowledge of JBCC 6.2 Principal Building Agreement is essential; exposure to NEC 3 & 4 contracts is highly beneficial.
Ability to review, compile, and endorse Contract Instructions and Extension of Time claims.
Proven experience in government health infrastructure projects or similarly high-complexity construction environments.
Strong project management and delegation capabilities.
Comfortable in an open office setting, working collaboratively with professionals from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong formal writing and administration skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work consistently.
