• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in Business, Finance, Leadership, or Management will be advantageous.
• 8 – 12 years' experience within financial services, asset finance, commercial finance, banking, or business development environments.
• Proven experience driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Strong background in business development and client acquisition.
• Experience managing regional operations, portfolios, or business units.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder and intermediary relationship management.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Exposure to governance, compliance, risk management, and regulatory.
