Refrigeration Technician

Quality Catering Equipment (Zambia) Limited is looking for a hands-on Refrigeration Technician to join its team in Lusaka. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment for QSR, supermarket and general commercial clients while providing professional technical support and ensuring equipment is restored to proper working condition. Key responsibilities include installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment, diagnosing mechanical, electrical and refrigerant-circuit faults, carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance, responding to breakdown call-outs, handling refrigerants safely, completing job cards and service reports, communicating with clients, managing workshop stock, and providing guidance to junior technicians.
