About the role:

Talent House is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our recruitment team throughout the hiring process. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment administration. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources or Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate phone screenings where required. 
• Contact candidates to schedule interviews and assessments.
• Prepare interview schedules and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Assist in reference checks and background verification processes.
• Respond professionally to candidate inquiries via phone and email.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the recruitment team.

 Minimum Qualifications/ Traits:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn, a positive attitude, and a willingness to take initiative.
