- You will work closely with our recruitment team to support talent sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Assistant Intern, you will:
- source candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, Facebook & WhatsApp groups
- assist in building and updating candidate databases
- conduct first-level screening calls
- schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- help build and manage talent communities
- support recruiters with daily administrative tasks
- maintain organised CV folders and candidate records
- You will be trained on all tasks — no prior experience is required.
