Role Description[QUANTITY SURVEYOR]
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for cost planning, estimation, procurement, contract administration and financial management across architectural and interior design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities for architectural and interior design projects.
- Conduct cost planning, feasibility studies and value engineering.
- Measure quantities from drawings, specifications and other project documents.
- Analyze tenders, compare quotations and make recommendations.
- Administer contracts, including variations, claims and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs, cash flow and financial performance.
- Advise on cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and design intent.
- Work collaboratively with architects, interior designers, engineers and project managers.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying (or related field).
- Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in quantity surveying within architecture, interior design or construction firms.
- Strong knowledge of cost management, estimation, contract administration and procurement.
- Proficiency in measurement, BOQ preparation and cost reporting.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in relevant QS software and MS Office.
- Membership of NQS, RICS or other recognized body is an advantage.

- Excellent design, visualization and presentation skills.
- Strong communication, teamwork and client relationship skills.
