• Diploma in Food Technology (essential).
• Degree in Food Science (advantageous).
• 1–2 years' technical experience in an FMCG environment.
• 1–2 years' supervisory experience within FMCG will be advantageous.
• Strong computer literacy, report-writing skills, attention to detail, and accuracy

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, verification activities, and quality monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, customer, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate customer complaints, non-conformances, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor environmental, product, and microbiological testing programs.
• Support external audits and maintain quality documentation and records.
• Assist with new product development, factory trials, product launches, and process improvements.
• Compile technical reports, trend analyses, and quality performance feedback.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Supervise and coordinate Quality Controllers and support quality-related training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ, hygiene, PPE, and Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
