Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of road/earthworks projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the main client representative and stakeholder contact.
• Oversee daily construction activities and production performance.
• Review and approve work programs, method statements, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct progress meetings and performance reviews.
• Ensure timely project reporting and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10+ years of construction experience (road/earthworks preferred).
• Strong leadership and contract management skills.
• Professional certification or COREN registration is an advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 1.5Million Monthly
