Professional Construction Manager (PrCM)

Our client is seeking an experienced PrCM / PrCPM to take ownership of building projects in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned construction professional with strong project delivery expertise to manage complex developments from inception through to completion.

Requirements:

·        BSc in Construction Management or equivalent

·        PrCM or PrCPM registration with the SACPCMP essential

·        Minimum 10+ years’ experience in the construction industry

·        Proven experience on building projects

·        Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related field

·        Strong contract administration and site coordination skills

·        Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage full lifecycle of building construction projects

·        Develop and maintain detailed project programmes

·        Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management

·        Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams

·        Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and compliance standards

·        Monitor site progress and resolve project-related issues
