Core Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Execute rigorous quality evaluations across all processed batches, strictly verifying formulation precision and guaranteeing the physical consistency of the end product.
  • Production Oversight: Oversee the compounding and manufacturing processes to ensure they align perfectly with proprietary recipes and industry benchmarks, whilst actively directing floor personnel to adhere strictly to operational protocols.
  • Operational Continuity: Proactively diagnose and resolve mechanical faults and workflow interruptions on the production line to ensure continuous output and mitigate costly operational delays.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Academic Background: A valid Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) or a formally recognised NQF Level 4 equivalent is required.
  • Leadership Experience: Prior practical experience (at least 12 months) in a junior management, team guidance, or shift supervisory capacity is highly preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial compounding machinery, milling hardware, and agricultural manufacturing environments will serve as a distinct advantage.
  • Logistics: Applicants must possess independent, reliable transport accompanied by a valid South African driver's licence.
