Job Summary

• We are looking for a dynamic Production Supervisor.Inthis role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily food production activities to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• You will lead the kitchen team, monitor processes, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Ensure production operations consistently meet brand quality and portion control standards.
• Assign tasks and monitor kitchen staff during shifts.
• Ensure raw materials are available and used efficiently.
• Enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Maintain proper documentation of production output and kitchen operations.
• Monitor food wastage and implement waste-reduction measures.
• Ensure timely delivery of food items to meet customer demands.
• Support product development and testing of new recipes.
• Report any equipment issues or shortages to the appropriate team.
• Coordinate with the store manager and procurement team on inventory needs.

Requirements

• Qualifications: OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Food Science, Catering, Hospitality Management or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a food production or restaurant setting
