They are seeking a seasoned Product Design Lead to guide creative teams in developing customer-centric products that set new standards in quality and usability for a 6-month contract.

Duties:

• Provide opportunities for teams to craft innovative and high-quality design solutions that enhance the customer experience.

• Apply design thinking and best practice standards in developing and refining design options.

• Source insights and data, including market analysis, to inform the design process around customer needs.

• Ensure adherence to design guidelines, frameworks, and continuous iteration of mock-ups and prototypes.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to challenge constraints and shape project scope.

• Manage the daily delivery of design outputs, maintaining quality and aligning with project plans.

• Engage with stakeholders to clarify design requirements and establish clear goals and timelines.

• Lead and support the project team, fostering a collaborative, motivated, and high-performing environment.

• Develop relationships across disciplines to promote effective teamwork.

• Measure and report on the impact of design initiatives on customer satisfaction and business objectives.

• Oversee resource planning, capacity, and team development.

• Mentor designers to enhance their skills and engagement.

Requirements:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in product or UI/UX design.

• Proven leadership and project management skills.

• Strong data analysis and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in design tools and a solid understanding of the latest design trends.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
