Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction for teaching and learning across the school.
- Ensure effective implementation of the British Curriculum.
- Promote high standards of academic achievement and student discipline.
- Monitor lesson delivery, assessments, and overall educational quality.
- Introduce innovative teaching methods and continuous improvement initiatives.
Staff Management:
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Coordinate professional development and training programs.
- Promote a collaborative, values-based, and performance-driven culture.
School Administration:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that support excellence and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and safeguarding requirements.
- Manage school records, schedules, and reporting systems.
Student Development:
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
- Promote character development, leadership, and moral values.
- Ensure effective pastoral care and student welfare practices.
Parent and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians.
- Represent the school professionally within the community.
- Communicate school goals, achievements, and initiatives effectively.
Strategic Growth:
- Support student enrollment and retention initiatives.
- Drive school improvement plans and enhance the institution's reputation.
- Work closely with management to achieve long-term objectives.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in education, educational management, or a related discipline (preferred).
- A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 8–10 years' teaching experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (principal, vice principal, head teacher, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience implementing and managing the British Curriculum.
- Strong knowledge of educational leadership and school administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to inspire staff and students and build a positive school culture.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies and TRCN registration will be an added advantage.

Location: Benin City, Edo State
Remuneration: NGN 350,000 – 500,000 Monthly
