Main duties:

Welcome Guests arriving at the hotel and ensure that all luggage are placed in room before guest checks in
Pick up luggage from rooms upon departure and bid farewell to Guests
Ensure effective and efficient car / shuttle service
Fetch and distribute incoming and outgoing mail for guests and internal messages and memos
Drop and fetch Guests as and when required
Ensure cold towel service opon Guest arrival
