We are seeking a Personal Secretary (Hybrid) – International Executive Support to join our team. This role involves providing dedicated administrative and logistical support to an international executive, working in a flexible hybrid environment that combines remote work with in-person responsibilities as required.
Missions:

  • Manage the executive's daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure optimal time management.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and business commitments across various time zones to facilitate smooth international operations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including documentation, correspondence, and preparation of professional communications.
  • Support recruitment and coordination efforts related to models and talent for company projects, ensuring smooth onboarding and logistics.
  • Organize itineraries, accommodations, and travel logistics for domestic and international trips, ensuring efficiency and comfort.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the executive and external contacts, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Handle sensitive personal and professional information with discretion and integrity.
  • Provide adaptable support tailored to the evolving needs of the executive, demonstrating flexibility and proactive assistance.
