Key Responsibilities
• Prepare a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts.
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained.
• Manage ingredient usage and minimize wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen.
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in a bakery, hotel, or restaurant.
• Formal training in pastry or baking is preferred.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Experience with kitchen POS or recipe systems is an added advantage.
