Job Role Context
This role is for a Parts & Service Sales Representative (PSSR) based in Solwezi, Zambia.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Sandvik Mining products and aftermarket services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Technical qualification or equivalent experience.
- University/College Degree is desirable.
- Minimum 3 years’ customer-facing experience in a technical or industrial field.
- Knowledge of Sandvik Mining products.
- Surface mining equipment and aftermarket product experience.
- Sales and marketing experience.
- Mining industry experience.
- Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) membership.
- Valid Zambian Driver’s Licence.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
