Role: Part Time Bookkeeper (3 mornings per week)
Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape
Salary: TBC
About the role:
You’ll maintain books up to trial balance, handle VAT submissions, and process EMP201 and EMP501 returns. The ideal person is methodical, organised, and works with precision.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping up to trial balance
- Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 Pastel Express and Sage VIP Payroll
- Working knowledge of EMP201 and EMP501
- Experience with VAT submissions
- Basic knowledge of Platinum software will be an advantage but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality
- Strong work ethic and long-term mindset
This is a
part-time position (3 mornings per week) and would suit someone who enjoys consistency, accuracy, and a professional working environment.
