A reputable multi-franchise automotive dealership in the Pretoria East area is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Parts Sales Executive to join their parts department.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive parts sales
• Beneficial to have multi-brand experience, including Chinese vehicle parts
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to source and recommend parts accurately
• Professional approach with strong organisational skills
• Knowledge of parts systems and stock management
• Valid driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with sourcing and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
• Advise and recommend parts solutions across multiple automotive brands
• Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
• Manage stock levels and assist with ordering to meet customer demand
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients
• Collaborate with service and workshop teams to ensure smooth operations
