Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations across the office, warehouse, and event sites.
  • Lead technical setup, execution, and teardown for all events, including DMX  programming, rigging, lighting consoles, and effects, while ensuring event safety.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue and market visibility.
  • Develop sales pipelines, partnerships, and referral opportunities across target markets.
  • Manage van rental and logistics coordination for all events
  • Manage warehouse security, inventory, equipment handling, maintenance, and reporting.
  • Handle client consultations, quotations, bookings, service coordination, and payment  follow-up. Liaise and maintained credible relationship.
  • Build strong relationships with event planners, venues, vendors, and corporate clients.
  • Supervise Technical Assistant & Sales/Admin Assistant, casual technicians, and casual  event support workers.
  • Serve as the founders’ on-ground representative in Ibadan.
  • Manage petty cash, local expenses, documentation, and operational reporting.
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly and periodic reporting to stakeholders through WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Drive, and related tools.


Requirements:

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of relevant experience in operations, event management, technical production, sales, or business development
  • Strong understanding of event operations, equipment handling, logistics, and client service.
  • Proven ability to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and convert opportunities into revenue
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation, time management and relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Yoruba. Cultural sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic accounting or invoicing tools.
  • Valid Nigerian driver’s license and willingness to travel across Southwestern States for events and business meetings.
  • Must live in Ibadan or be willing to relocate immediately.

 

Desired:

  • Personal car ownership (Company will provide up to $50,000 fuel monthly allowance)

Remuneration: NGN  200,000 – 250,000 Monthly
