Job Title: One Stop Centre Administrator
Reports To: District Program Officer
Location: Umguza District, Matabeleland North Province

1.2.1.Job Purpose
The position is responsible for coordinating services at the One Stop Centre (OSC) to ensure effective service provision, client satisfaction, and the implementation of the SASA! program. The role includes overseeing administrative, programmatic, and data management functions while fostering collaboration among stakeholders to address violence against young women and children.
2.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS
2.1.Client Service and Coordination
1.Daily running of the One Stop Centre, ensuring the site has adequate equipment and tools to deliver quality service provision to survivors of violence against young women and children.
2.Coordinate service provision to survivors of violence against young women and children, ensuring their needs are assessed and referrals made to appropriate providers (e.g., legal, health, or counselling services).
3.Assess protection needs of survivors and identify problems/gaps and propose/prioritize timely practical actions to respond to particular need.
4.Serve as the focal point for service providers at the OSC, ensuring effective collaboration and timely interventions.
5.Maintain and safeguard client records, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.
6.Implement the customer care strategy to enhance client satisfaction.
2.2.Administrative and Logistics Management
1.Coordinate procurement processes, including preparing internal purchase requests, bid analysis, and invoice processing.
2.Manage and maintain accurate records for requisitions, purchase orders, and stock updates in line with organizational policies.
3.Supervise asset management and ensure proper maintenance of facilities and equipment.
4.Organize logistics for OSC-related events, including community outreach and district-level trainings.
2.3.Stakeholder Engagement
1.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement, legal officers, healthcare providers, community leaders, and government representatives.
2.Support the DPO in organizing district-level steering committee meetings with key stakeholders to address policy issues and service delivery challenges.
3.Support the DPO in building local activism by engaging communities through awareness campaigns and capacity-building sessions.
Experience Required
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or equivalent.
Three (3) years relevant experience
