Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to field technicians by assisting with escalated network issues
- Investigate and resolve complex customer connectivity problems raised through internal support channels
- Collaborate with senior engineering teams on advanced fault resolution when required
- Proactively monitor network infrastructure to identify congestion, capacity concerns, and service degradation
- Analyse recurring faults and connectivity trends to improve network stability
- Use monitoring and diagnostic tools to track uptime, traffic flow, and client performance
- Assist in maintaining optimal network efficiency and minimizing downtime
- Support day-to-day NOC operations in line with business and operational needs
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- 2–3 years’ experience within a Network Operations Centre or similar networking environment
- Solid understanding of network troubleshooting methodologies
- Exposure to network monitoring and diagnostic platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, operational support environment
- Must have reliable transport
- Willing and able to work rotating onsite shifts
