Available Positions – Teaching Jobs in Isoka Muchinga International / Cambridge Curriculum Roles School Manager (1 Position) – Full Time Key Responsibilities:

• Lead academic excellence, discipline, and daily school operations decisively.
• Implement school policies, safeguarding, and performance management systems rigorously.
• Oversee technical management systems including standards, reporting, and quality assurance.
• Manage staff mentoring, appraisal, and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum five O-Levels.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching or equivalent (Master’s degree advantageous).
• Registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ).
• Proficient in ICT and familiar with ECZ and Cambridge assessment systems.
• At least 10 years’ senior management experience in education.

Deputy School Manager (1 Position) – Full Time Key Responsibilities:

• Support the School Manager in operational and academic leadership.
