Key Responsibilities
- Assist in logistics and transport operations.
- Support supply chain planning and coordination.
- Contribute to operational efficiency and reporting.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by Management.
- Assist in the management, filing and retrieval of records.
- Support digitization and records management processes.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of institutional records.
- Assist in implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
- Support workplace inspections and risk assessments.
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in Supply Chain Management OR Bachelor Degree in Logistics & Transport Management.
- Bachelor Degree in Archives & Records Management.
- Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health & Safety.
