Mine Supervisors ADT Operators Excavator Operators Dozer Operators Drivers Key Responsibilities for Operators and Supervisors Successful candidates will be responsible for performing pre-start equipment checks, monitoring operational performance, identifying and reporting defects, and supporting routine maintenance activities to ensure safety and efficiency in mining operations.
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements Minimum of Grade 12 certificate. Physically fit and able to work in shifts.
Proven experience and proficiency in operating the relevant heavy equipment or supervising mining activities. Capability to conduct basic equipment maintenance and inspections to detect and report faults.
Possession of valid operator certifications or licenses for heavy machinery. Additional training or certification in mining operations is advantageous.
