Employment Information

Responsibilities:

  • Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions
  • Drive prescription generation and product uptake
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct regular market visits and ensure territory coverage
  • Organise product presentations and promotional activities
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Submit timely activity and sales reports


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Nigeria
  • HND in Life Sciences, pharmacy, biochemistry, microbiology, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of doctor call processes and distributor engagement
  • Proven sales track record within the region
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
