Materials Assistant

Job Scope and Overview

*Possess a solid understanding of the different types of materials being received, including raw materials, finished goods, packaging materials, and equipment.

*To ensure the storage, security, maintenance of store stock whilst ensuring accurate, timely & prompt issuing & receiving of material.

*To assist in preparation of accounts & general book-keeping tasks as and when required.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
* Age: 19-30 years;

* Qualification: Higher School Certificate
Computer Literate- Sound knowledge of Microsoft office tools

* Experience: 1-2 years Experience in similar position in hotel environment is desirable but not mandatory. Candidates with no experience will also be considered.

* Personality:

* Positive/ Can-do attitude, pleasant personality

*Ability to work under pressure.

* Eye for detail.

* Language: Good command of English & French
