Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
  • Drive sales of holiday club memberships, resort memberships, and holiday packages.
  • Generate and convert leads through marketing campaigns and partnerships.
  • Conduct sales presentations and close membership sales.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training.
  • Use CRM systems and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and reporting.
  • Prepare sales and marketing performance reports.
  • Marketing & sales of other products/services by the company

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in holiday club, resort membership, hospitality, travel, or vacation ownership sales.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven team leadership experience.
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in a structured, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and AI-powered productivity tools.
