Role Description

  • You will report to the HOAd. The ability to problem solve, use your own judgement, think creatively and work calmly under pressure are all essential skills to the role. Participation in weekly Command Centre Meetings and policy formation in line with the Safritecture Business Model is by invitation.
  • The MAdCC is responsible for optimizing, streamlining, directing the operations of Safritecture and guiding staff development programs to improve overall organizational performance.
  • You will also develop business improvement plans, give advice to department heads, and make sure of tax compliance.
  • Other duties include implementing the organization's strategy, drafting policies, assist in budget preparation and carrying out human performance reviews. Simply put this is a proactive, not a reactive role.

Role Specification

  • We are looking for an experienced Manager - Administration MAd CC with 5 years minimum of post qualification experience to take care of our day-to-day administration in each location in Africa.
