Role Description

The Logistics Officer at Neutriherbs Cosmetics will manage day-to-day logistics activities to ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to the warehouse and from the warehouse to customers. This full-time, on-site role based in Agege involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, monitoring delivery schedules, and working closely with warehouse and sales teams to meet order fulfillment timelines. The Logistics Officer will oversee stock movements, track inventory levels, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant regulations. The role includes resolving delivery issues, liaising with transport providers, maintaining accurate records, and generating regular reports on logistics performance. The Logistics Officer will also support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management, with the ability to coordinate end-to-end movement of goods and optimize routes and costs.
• Hands-on experience in Inventory Control and Warehouse Operations, including stock reconciliation, storage planning, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Solid Administration abilities, including documentation, reporting, and use of office and logistics software tools.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work accurately under time constraints.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse roles, preferably within FMCG or cosmetics sectors.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic ERP or inventory management systems like Zoho or Shopify is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
