Live-In Position Kendrick Recruitment is currently hiring a dedicated and experienced Lodge/Villa Manager for a prestigious luxury private game reserve in the Eastern Cape. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering world-class service and maintaining the highest operational standards within a remote luxury environment. The successful candidate will oversee exclusive-use villa operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, seamless departmental coordination, and the highest standards of hospitality across all guest touchpoints. Requirements: ✔ Hospitality Diploma or equivalent qualification required ✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience within a 5-star luxury villa or international hotel environment ✔ Strong Food & Beverage knowledge essential ✔ Extensive experience overseeing multiple lodge departments ✔ Excellent interpersonal, HR, and leadership skills ✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel ✔ Experience with ResRequest and SAGE advantageous ✔ Strong housekeeping management background ✔ Fluent and confident English communication and hosting ability ✔ Ability to work long hours and manage time effectively ✔ Availability to work a 6-Weeks-On / 2-Weeks-Off cycle ✔ Positive, energetic, and team-focused attitude Key Responsibilities: • Oversee food, beverage, housekeeping, and garden services within the exclusive-use villa • Deliver exceptional guest engagement and personalised luxury service • Lead and inspire teams to maintain world-class service standards • Manage administration, budgeting, ordering, and stock control • Collaborate closely with the broader management team and assist at other lodges when required • Maintain operational standards in line with Best Operating Practices • Uphold the core values and service philosophy of the reserve Ideal Candidate: • Passionate about luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail • Strong team leader with excellent communication skills • Adaptable, hands-on, and proactive in operations • Dedicated to creating unforgettable guest experiences Please note that only suitable candidates will be contacted.
