Job Vacancy – Lodge Manager
Location: Njele Country Park, Ndola, Zambia Position: Manager (Full‑Time)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across hospitality, events, and facilities.
Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost optimization.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain service standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
Build partnerships and promote Njele Country Park within the community.
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality or leisure management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets and drive operational efficiency.
Customer‑focused mindset with innovative problem‑solving skills.
