Royal Shalom Hotel is hiring a Lodge Manager.
Oversee the overall operations of the hotel, ensure exceptional guest experiences, lead the team and drive profitability and growth.

REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related field (minimum).
• At least five years’ experience in a similar hotel or lodge management role.
• Strong leadership, people management and team development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting and financial management.
• Customer-service focus, integrity, professionalism and problem-solving.
