LOAN OFFICERS

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, assess, and process loan applications
• Conduct client due diligence and credit risk assessments
• Manage and grow a loan portfolio within assigned territory
• Ensure timely loan recovery and minimize default rates
• Maintain accurate client records and reporting
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Prior experience in loan/credit officer role (microfinance experience an added advantage)
• Strong knowledge of the local business environment in the applicable location
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the specified location
