Job Details

Requirements:

  • B.Sc/HND in a relevant discipline
  • 2–7 years' experience in Microfinance, Commercial Banking, or Financial Services
  • Strong skills in loan generation, credit analysis, deposit mobilization, and loan recovery
  • Proven ability to achieve business targets and build quality customer relationships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow loan and deposit portfolios
  • Source and manage MSME clients
  • Conduct credit assessments and process loan applications
  • Monitor portfolio performance and ensure timel loan recovery
