Loader Operator Jobs in Chingola at China Copper Mines Limited (CCM) China Copper Mines Limited (CCM), a prominent privately owned mining company based in the Copperbelt region, is currently seeking qualified and experienced individuals for loader operator jobs in Chingola.

This opportunity is located at our Mimbula, Fitula site, where five full-time Loader Operator positions are available to support our daily mining operations. About the Loader Operator Role As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to facilitate efficient mining activities.

This role demands strict adherence to safety protocols, proper equipment handling, and routine inspections to ensure operational excellence and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities for Loader Operator Jobs in Chingola Operate loaders safely and efficiently following training guidelines and instructions from the Person in Charge (PIC).

Perform comprehensive pre-operation safety inspections of the equipment. Maintain loaders in optimal working condition and accurately complete all required maintenance logs.

Ensure that all cargo is loaded securely and in compliance with safety standards. Strictly adhere to site safety regulations, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and timely hazard reporting.

Report any equipment malfunctions or repair needs promptly to the PIC. Follow all operational procedures and directives issued by the PIC.

Carry out additional duties as assigned to support mining operations. Minimum Qualifications and Experience Competence Certificate in Loader Operations.

Minimum of one year’s experience operating wheel loaders in a mining environment. Experience working with or around heavy equipment is advantageous.

Strong organizational and time management skills. Grade 12 Certificate.
