Duties & Responsibilites:
- Receive work programme with relevant instructions from Superior.
- To disseminate information by posting daily programme on notice board and by gently canvassing guests to participate in activities.
- To organise dancing / sports and other competitions, encouraging participation of guests.
- To welcome guests at playing points and invite them to participate in games.
- To participate in games and sports as co-partner or opponent, initiating first time players to rules and procedures.
- To animate cabaret, shows, introducing artists, singing, dancing and playing music as required.
- To converse with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions and to receive complaints on Sports and Recreation activities and initiates remedial action to satisfy guests in consultation with your head of department & customer care department.
- To improvise and present shows and attractions in case of absence of scheduled group, or on rainy / cyclonic days.
Qualifications & Experience
- School Certificate /NC2 Leisure will be an advantage
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the Leisure department
- Fluent in English and French
- Musician /Danser/Singer will be an advantage
- Outgoing Personality
- Preferably coming from the Eastern Region
