Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor of Laws LL.B from a recognized institution.
Call to the Nigerian Bar B.L and a valid practising license.
Minimum of 5-10 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate law, commercial law, or regulatory compliance.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian business and corporate laws.
Experience in contract negotiation, legal drafting, and dispute resolution.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and provide sound legal judgment.
