About the Role:

The Learning Solutions & Product Development Intern will support the design and development of innovative workforce sustainability solutions by assisting with programme design, curriculum development, learning resource creation, product documentation, implementation planning, and continuous product improvement. The role contributes to the development of practical, market-responsive learning solutions that strengthen graduate employability and organisational impact.
The internship offers practical exposure to learning solution design, product development, curriculum architecture, programme innovation, knowledge management, and implementation planning while working closely with cross-functional teams across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and development of workforce sustainability solutions that address client needs and strengthen graduate employability.
  • Assist in designing new learning programmes, workplace integration solutions, and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
  • Translate business concepts into structured programme designs and participant journeys.
  • Support solution design workshops and product planning sessions.
  • Assist with curriculum planning and modular programme design.
  • Develop learner journeys aligned with programme outcomes.
  • Prepare facilitator guides, learner guides, participant workbooks, and learning resources.
  • Support the design of workplace projects, experiential learning activities, assessments, reflective learning exercises, and coaching resources.
  • Develop presentation material, facilitator resources, digital learning content, and multimedia assets.
  • Prepare implementation guides, programme templates, and AI-assisted learning resources where appropriate.
  • Maintain version control and quality of learning resources.
  • Assist with documenting programme methodologies, implementation playbooks, operational guides, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain product documentation libraries and ensure documentation is organised, current, and appropriately controlled.
  • Support product piloting, evaluation, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Gather participant, mentor, and client feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend enhancements to programme content and delivery approaches.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, Marketing & Brand, Commercial Finance, and Business Operations to support product development and implementation.
  • Participate in mentoring, coaching, workplace learning, and organisational innovation initiatives while maintaining high professional standards.
Minimum Requirements:
  • South African citizen.
  • Unemployed graduate aged 18–34 years.
  • Available to participate in the full 24-month internship programme.
  • In possession of a completed relevant qualification.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and organisational skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willing to participate fully in onboarding, mentoring, workplace learning, and performance reviews.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to organisational success.
Qualifications:

A National Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) in one or more of the following fields:

  • No previous work experience is required.
