Learning & Development Coordinator

Espace Maison Ltée is looking for a dynamic and motivated Learning & Development Coordinator to join its Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities

• To coordinate and administer day-to-day Learning and Development activities across the organization.

• To deliver induction sessions and support the effective onboarding of new employees.

• To coordinate and organize training activities while maintaining accurate training records and documentation.

• To ensure that onboarding and mandatory training requirements are completed in a timely manner.

• To provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department in relation to Learning and Development activities and other HR initiatives.

• To support the implementation of the Group Learning & Development frameworks, standards and policies within EML.

• To coordinate the annual Learning Needs Analysis process and support the implementation of approved capability development plans.

• To support the measurement and reporting of learning effectiveness in line with the Group Learning Impact Framework.

• To ensure compliance with Group governance requirements and HRDC requirements related to Learning and Development.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Degree in Human Resource Management.

• Professional certification in Learning & Development

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Human Resources Administration, Learning & Development, or a similar administrative role.

• Previous experience in a retail or service-oriented environment would be an advantage.
