Requirements

HND or B.Sc. Degree in an Engineering discipline Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years' hands-on experience in machine maintenance.
At least 3 years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing company.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven ability to oversee maintenance operations, troubleshoot equipment issues, and drive preventive maintenance programs.
