Lawyer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions on various matters.
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and other legal instruments.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other dispute resolution forums.
• Provide legal advisory services to clients on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and provide timely updates on legal matters.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognised university.
  
• Minimum of 3 years post-call experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian laws and legal procedures.
