Job Purpose

Ensuring that laboratory instruments are operated at a high level of efficiency and accuracy at all times. Responsible for all quality checks and the physical condition of the section. To also ensure that weighing, digest and routine analysis of samples are performed according to procedure.

Qualifications and Experience

• Analytical Chemistry or equivalent certificate.
• Previous experience in sample preparation and/or Fire Assay would be preferred.
• Medically fit.
• English literate with good communication skills.
