The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, have food and beverage background, be a hard worker and demonstrate a high level of professionals and self-motivation. This role is suited to individuals with strong kitchen discipline, a passion for food, and the drive to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff to prepare tables & serve guests with kitchen orders
• Co-ordinate with front of house and back of house departments to ensure smooth operation of the camp.
• Relevant kitchen experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Solid understanding of basic food prep, grill, pan, and fryer sections
• Ability to follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards with consistency
• High attention to hygiene, safety, and organisation under pressure
• Positive, professional team attitude and punctual work ethic

Requirements

• Qualification in food and beverage, hospitality or additional related field.
• Previous experience in similar fields.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
• Professional demeanour and mannerism.
