Role Overview

  • Successful candidates will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing merchant relationships.
  • They will play a critical role in onboarding merchants, driving transaction growth, and ensuring long-term client retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new merchants onto the platform
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets
  • Manage and grow merchant accounts to increase transaction volume
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and activation processes
  • Provide ongoing support and training to merchants
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities for account growth
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven experience in:
  • Merchant acquisition and onboarding
  • Client relationship management
  • Sales and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of payment systems and merchant operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
