Junior to Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Minimum Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 5 years’ experience within the construction or property development sector
Strong residential building project experience essential
Proven experience managing project costs, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor accounts
Ability to work independently across both office and site environments
Strong contractual and financial management skills
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Proficient in CCS Candy and Microsoft Office advantageous
Valid driver’s licence essential
