Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly management reports and financial performance packs.
• Perform detailed variance, profitability and trend analysis.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic business decisions.
• Partner with operational teams to improve financial performance and business efficiencies.
• Produce dashboards and reporting packs for senior management.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure data integrity.
• Identify process improvement opportunities through financial analysis and automation.

Job Experience and Skills Required

Qualifications

• BCom Accounting, BCom Finance or equivalent (Non-negotiable)
• Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles will be highly advantageous.

Experience

• 1–3 years' post-articles or commercial finance experience.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Exposure to management reporting and financial modelling.
• Experience within Technology, Telecommunications, Business Services, Logistics, Distribution, FMCG or Retail environments will be advantageous.
• Candidates whose experience is primarily within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance or Manufacturing environments are unlikely to be considered.

Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Non-negotiable)
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Sage, Dynamics or similar)
• Power BI or other BI reporting tools advantageous
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
