Java Software Developer (R&D Tools)

About the Role

We are looking for a Java Software Developer to join our R&D team and take part of development of our new cloud-native applications.

You will work in an agile Scrum team using the newest technologies and developing our Telecom Solutions products managing SIM cards and eSIMs. Main products being Subscription Management for Consumer and IoT.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development of our Application Server Software, Backend and Frontend

• Participate in the full development lifecycle of each product, including analysis, design, development, testing and documentation  

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering 

• Years of Java developer experience 

• Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot)

• Experience with SQL databases in general (preferable postgreSQL)

• Experience in developing REST APIs 

• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS will be a benefit 

• Experience with JUnit and Integration testing will be a benefit

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker / containerization

• Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS

• Experience with Gitlab and CI/CD pipelines 

• Experience in telecom / eSIM / IoT platforms

• Exposure to high-security environments (HSM, PKI, cryptography)

Certifications (Appreciated)

• AWS certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) from Amazon Web Services
