The successful candidate will provide technical support to clients, assist with system setup, troubleshoot IT-related issues, and support the smooth operation of our software and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to clients.
- Assist with software setup, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Respond to client support requests through phone, email and remote support tools.
- Help diagnose hardware, network, internet and software-related issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain clear records of support issues and resolutions.
- Support system updates, resets and basic user training where required.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with clients.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Diploma in an IT-related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
- Good customer service attitude.
- Willingness to learn and follow technical procedures.
- Must be reliable, organised and professional.
Added Advantage
- Experience in IT support, software support or helpdesk support.
- Knowledge of POS systems, accounting systems or invoicing systems.
- Experience using remote support tools.
- Basic understanding of databases or APIs.
