Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 – 5 year’s experience in end-user technical support
• CompTIA A+
• Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator and Google Platforms.
• ITIL Foundation For service management environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills for laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners.
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Experience managing user accounts in Active Directory
• Basic understanding of networking LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, VPN

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and ERP systems to ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted business operations.
• Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, including OS, deployment, system upgrades, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve software, login, and Active Directory access issues.
• Support network and shared printers, including driver configuration and scan-to-email/folder troubleshooting.
• Provide first-line ERP support, resolving user access issues and transaction error while escalating system bugs when necessary SAP and other Business Applications
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and email configuration Google environment.
• Log and resolve incidents through a helpdesk system, ensuring SLA compliance and user satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and VPN access
